工作职责：

保障航班生产：

Ensuretheflightoperation：

1.负责提供出港航班旅客的问询、值机、安全告知、登机，进港航班客的下机、转机以及行李查询、行李赔偿的服务；

Beresponsiblefortheinquiry,boarding,securitynoticeandembarkingfor

outboundflightpassengers;andthedisembarking,transferring,luggage

2.负责组织不正常航班的现场处置工作，并做好机组和旅客服务工作；

3.按授权负责旅客运输中危险品操作工作；

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，专业不限；
